The contact form securely sends your enquiry to Good Big. It does not store your information on this website.

What we receive

If you send the email, Good Big receives the name, email address, organisation and message you provide. Our email provider processes and stores that message so we can respond and assess whether we can help.

How we use it

We use enquiry information only to communicate with you, understand the work requested, plan a possible engagement and keep necessary business records. We do not sell enquiry information or add enquirers to marketing lists.

Please keep sensitive information out of email

Do not send beneficiary or client records, case details, health information, information about children, passwords, access keys or other sensitive material through the contact form or ordinary email. We will agree on an appropriate secure channel if a project genuinely needs protected information.

Access and retention

Access is limited to people operating Good Big who need it for the enquiry or engagement. We keep enquiries only while they remain useful for that purpose or are required as business records, then delete them. You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information.
