Every item is different, volunteer time is short, and the best piece in the shop is no use online if nobody can find it. Most shop software assumes the opposite—rows of identical products and someone paid to keep them tidy.

Take one photo.

A volunteer photographs an item on their phone. Shop drafts a short listing for them to check and correct—it doesn’t publish anything on its own.

Publish in about a minute.

Confirm the details that matter, set a price, publish. The item is searchable straight away, with no long catalogue process to work through.

Help the right person find it.

Shoppers search in their own words across what’s in the shop today, and can look at an item without losing their place. You can take hold requests, or keep the site browse-only.

Collect and pay in store.

The shopper comes in, pays and takes it home. Staff mark it sold and it comes off the site and out of search results.
